- dismantling of yurt/ tents and removal from site.

In addition to your yurt you may also wish to hire a Firepit(£20) Chimenea (£25) Braziers (£10)

Or accompanying 4m bell ‘mess’ tent with solid fuel stove.(£95)

Then you have to add delivery mileage at 40p/mile and insurance at 3%.

Terms and Conditions of HIRE.

Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of 20% deposit (minimum £100). Cancellations can only be refunded in the event of no loss of alternative booking. The balance is due immediately upon satisfactory erection of all tents.

It is the Hirers responsibility to inform the Supplier of any services (water, sewerage, electric, telecommunication etc…) traversing the site that may affect the erection of the hired tents.

The site should be level and well drained. Vehicle access right up to site is assumed and any carrying will be charged.

All electrical instillations must be carried out by a competent electrician and with our agreement. Dressers and decorators must discuss in advance all materials they will be using. Staple guns, pins and some adhesive tapes can damage the structure. Fabrics should be fire proofed and colour fast. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to see that all dressers and participants are aware of these conditions.

No wax candles, nightlights, oil lamps or other naked flames to be used in the tents.

In certain circumstances it may be necessary for our own stewards to be present at the event.

The Hirer is responsible for and agrees to indemnify the Supplier for all loss of or damage to the equipment, whatsoever the cause.
