These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted via the canvas and cast website. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference. Please note that in these terms and conditions "you", "your", "yours" and "yourself" are references to any person ordering goods from the website, and "we", "our" and "ours" are references to canvas and cast

HOW TO BUY

You can buy online through our PAYPAL account or by sending a cheque made payable to Canvas and cast to; Canvas and Cast , Ogwell Green , Ogwell, Devon.

Notification of changes

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.

Delivery

Goods bought online will normally be delivered within 48 hrs of your order but orders sent via post please allow 28 days of us accepting your order. We will contact you by telephone or email when the order has been received, when the cheque has cleared and then order the goods to be dispatched, if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods, you will have the option to cancel your order.

Postage and Packing

Unless otherwise stated, postage and packing shall be charged in addition to the price of the goods themselves and will vary according to the delivery address, weight and size of the goods ordered, and the method of postage preferred.

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, box unopened (with any seals and other wrapping intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less the shipping costs canvas and cast will not refund outgoing or incoming shipping costs for a return of this nature.

When you send your item back to us we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within approximately three weeks of our receiving your return.

If the item was damaged in transit

If you take delivery of a canvas and cast package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you should notify canvas and cast immediately. We will then endeavour to recover the insured sum on your behalf, and a full refund for that amount will be issued once it is recovered.

• Shipping is between L5 and L50 within the UK , dependent upon weight and wether order can be palletised. Orders over L250 delivery is free.

Please note that extra shipping charges apply for deliveries to Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Wight, Man, Scilly and The Channel Islands.

• Most of our orders are delivered within 1 week, however, please allow 28 days for delivery within the UK. Although we do like to have the goods with you normally within 48hrs upon receipt of order Contact us if your order is urgent - we will always try our best to meet your requirements.
• We endeavour to send all our shipments *carbon free wherever possible.
• We ship worldwide. Just contact us for a shipping quote.
• If you would like to order 5 or more of one product please contact us for a reduced shipping quote. We offer dealership rates of up to 50%

Canvas and cast pays a little bit extra for each shipment so that our courier can pay for the planting of trees.
